I am so grateful to all of my friends who helped make this years Help-Portrait event in NOVA (Northern, Va) a huge success. Serving is a huge passion of mine and with the help of my personal community, together our local community was well served.

Help-Portrait is a worldwide outreach program that inspires people of  the world to go out and serve their local community by giving. Giving your time, talent and positive energy to someone you believe could use it. The creator, Jeremy Cowart says explains it in three steps: 1. Find someone in need. 2. Take their picture. 3. Give it to them.

Christmas with the Redskins 25th Anniversary

1988 is the greatest year there ever was. Mainly because I was born in december that year but also because my uncle started Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation in Washington, DC  to help support youth of The District. The very next christmas he inaugurated Christmas with the Redskins, a time where Darrell, his teammates and the community could provide christmas for underprivilaged youth. This year was the 25th Anniversary!

Today's lesson... Keep Dreaming. No... Dream BIGGER. That was all I could think as I rode a big bus to an even bigger city to live my dreams.

I'm sure Carrie Underwood learned that same lesson many years ago. Today she previewed, a fitness lifestyle apparel line with Dick's Sporting Goods at Home Studios in New York.

Although today was a huge success, my biggest accomplishment has nothing to do with photography. The win came by the simple success of not losing anything after a 17hr day spread across thousands of miles and two Uber cars. Anyone who knows me understands how huge that is.
